Hey, Illinois Residents! Doctor E wants to visit your school! Have your teacher email doctore@math.uni.edu if you would like him to come by in May. Cooler than a movie and cheaper than a field trip!

Behold the solution to If This Is Wrong I Don't Want To Be Wright #2. If you forgot the actual question, click here to see it again.
The gems can be made to match with five castings of
the Contrivedium spell. There are many orders that work, such as 18394,
38941, 14893, 39481 and 13489. Supposedly there is a variant of this puzzle
hidden in a game at http://www.albartus.com/motas/.
We had many creative Litoteses:
"A drive from here to California is no short roadtrip."
Matt O.
"Mr. Hoefer is no small person." Adam H.
"Blizzards are not rare during Iowa winters." Nashua Plainfield
"Asked about Dr. E's challenges, one is tempted to answer, 'Heck
no, his problems are not easy.' " Joel D.
"The lotter winner was not unhappy." Sean J.
... and from Evan W:
Keith pulls away his wand after the fifth time of casting Contrevidium; he
looks around and disovers that he is standing in a crater the size of
Alaska, with a radically deformed Dr. E standing next to him. His eye
rolls out of the socket and bounces off down the street, a look of
disbelief spreading over his marred, fuchsia head, covered in scales where
hair once stood.
Keith calmly says he is finished and quickly adds:
"Don't worry; there may be a few small side effects."
