Doctor E., who has a contest that is open to any UNI student or high-school student. There will be a cash prize of $60 for the first place team or individual, with prizes of $40 and $20 going to the runners up. Turning in the correct solution to this week’s puzzle by 4/14 will earn 2 puzzle-points. Turning in the correct solution along with the name of the first United States president who received a Nobel Peace Prize earns 3 puzzle-points.
